I went to the Hoover Dam to celebrate my fathers 75th birthday. There were 5 people in my group. It was a horrible experience. The AC on the bus broke, the driver would not stop what I assume was what his "open mic night" material at the local comedy club. One of the jokes was about someone killing themselves on the bridge above the dam, when no one laughed he told the 'joke' two more times. When we left the Dam, the driver miscounted and we left minus a few passengers. People sitting across the missing people on the way to the Dam, told the driver that people where missing and he ignored them. When we were more then 20 minuets away and past the security checkpoint, he got a call and we had to turn around to pick up the forgotten passengers. Making the trip in the hot bus even worse. My 75-year-old parents were completely uncomfortable due to the lack of AC. When we got back to Vegas, we asked to be dropped off at their office, since we were only a few blocks away. We were told to wait in the hot bus. The driver continued to drive around the strip for almost two hours, dropping off 30-40 people at about 20+ stops until they brought the stifling bus back to their office. When I called the company to complain and I was told that I could buy tickets again and they would give me a discount that was more then I paid thru Groupon. When I asked to speak to the manager, the operator who answered the phone told me that he WAS the manager! NEVER AGAIN!
