| - Previously I reviewed this dealership and mentioned how their sales people are great, but getting return calls was impossible post-sale. I'm still running into this issue, which frustrates me and makes me think I chose to do business with the wrong people. I have been calling since Sunday trying to get warranty paperwork faxed. The first person I was sent to hung up on me without a word. Called back and was told that the finance department, where I needed to go, must be really busy. The person said they'd have them call me back. Still no call so on Monday I called them back. Surprise, surprise the person in finance picked up the phone and hung it right back up again. I then tried contacting service, who is exceptionally friendly and could provide me with the information I needed, but she couldn't fax it out. That had to go through finance. I was able to get transferred to apparently a different finance guy as I got a voicemail that I could leave a message at. I called again on Tuesday and was transferred to finance, apparently to the same guy who just likes to pick up and hang up his line. I'm not sure how this guy does any business or retains customers if he won't even say hello. Once again I called back, this being the third day of the runaround, and asked to speak with someone in finance that could help as I've been hung up on. The guy said he would get me transferred to the other finance guy, but apparently the first finance guy must do this a lot because prior to transferring I overheard a guy saying that there's another one who is been disconnected. Left a voicemail but had no response. Today (Day 4) I called and asked to speak to their operations manager or whoever would be in charge of the finance guys. Apparently that's the sales manager who was busy and the finance guy of the day was also busy, but the gentleman who answered the phone assured me he would have him call me back today. Well, we're at the end of the day and I still don't have a call. Four days of reaching out just to get hung up on and to have my voicemails ignored when all I needed was a piece of warranty paperwork faxed? That hassle isn't worth my time and definitely not worth anyone else's business. I'd recommend checking out other dealerships so you can be treated right post sale.
