  • BEWARE: they will RIP YOU OFF here. I am still sitting in the parking lot after only getting a long-needed pedicure. This is the second worst nail salon I have been to since moving here. 1) their foot-soaking tubs have massaging jets only on one side. 2) Maybe it's not required in NC, but I noticed she didn't put anything in the water to help soften my feet. The other two nail salons weren't great, but at least they both put something extra in the water for the feet. 3) Chair was a bit high and uncomfortable, as my feet were left dangling in the water, and my hips hurt. Maybe the point is to have feet dangle to reach the entire foot, but in all the years I've had pedicures done, I've never sat in seats so high. You might like them if you're like six feet tall. 4) I had already said it had been overdue and they looked it. She actually asked me if I wanted my toenails trimmed. I had to ask her twice to trim them back. 5) I got the basic, which included a therapeutic massage, and I found out later on that she charged me $5 extra for the massage part and did a lame, very hasty, half-hearted lower leg massage. I think it's because she wanted the money (clearly) and I had changed my mind about getting french nails done. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF HERE. I am never coming back here.
