  • Do not rent from these people. We lived there for a year. The first month we had to fix so many things because we were getting notices from the association about the tree in the front, the light on the address number and the landscaping. We had only been there a month! Those things should've been fixed before we moved in. When we moved out, we left the home in fair condition because we couldn't finish cleaning because the power and water got shut off. We were charged an extra months rent because we didn't give enough notice and we were out the entire month we were charged for. We also got charged $1875 in cleaning and repair costs. I have never paid so much to leave a house that I only lived in a year. Big rip off, but I wasn't surprised to be honest. I will never rent a property from them ever again.
