  • One of the managers there tried to make me feel like I was getting a deal by NOT charging me $100 to run the onboard diagnostics scanner. It literally costs them nothing to run an OBD scan on your car. They must not know that anyone can buy one of these scanners for less than $50 and do it themselves for free. I definitely won't be coming back to this shop again simply on this action. They will rip you off if they think they can get away with it.
