  • There's always something new to try here at District One and it's all good! Special today was the sea snail and the oysters that had fish roe (caviar?) sprinkled over it. We really like the big bone soup and the oxtail pho. Also tried the oxtail fried rice and wasn't disappointed. The servers are young which normally means impatient and abrupt but not the ones here. They're all nice and polite. Would always come back here and and bring friends from out of town, too, to show off one of the great dining options in Vegas. Why only 4 stars? They did have a little slip once but they made it right.
