| - I came here for lunch for my brother's b-day. We started off with a plate of salad. The salad bar had all sorts of different things like salami, cheese, prosciutto, salads etc. It was good and something light to eat before we chowed down on the meat!
For those of you that have never been to a Brazilian steakhouse, you should definitely try it out! It's definitely a great experience and it's an all you can eat restaurant! There's a little card that has the color green on one side and red on the other. Whenever you want the guys to come around with the different kinds of meat to your table, then you want the card to be on the green side.
So The guys come around to your table and they ask you "how you do like your meats prepared". Based on how you like it cooked, they slice a portion of it and you grab it with your tongs that's been provided at your table.
I didn't give them 4 or 5 stars because of their meats. I've been here once before which was amazing, but for some reason today it wasn't so great. I believe they have ten different kinds of meats and I swear pretty much all of them were overcooked. Some of the meats were dry and super salty because of the seasoning. Before I loved how most of the red meats tasted, but today I couldn't finish most of them and only stuck to one.
The appetizers that were brought to our table were mash potatoes, polenta, cheese bread, sugared bananas, which were okay. My favorite dish out of all of them would have to be the mash potatoes because they blended it so well! It was smooth, kinda like a puréed food.
The service was great like always and since it was my brothers bday we got the papaya cream. The papaya cream is one of their signature dessert and it's basically papaya and vanilla ice cream blended together. It's good and light!
