  • I've been seeing Susan for more than 10 years. (A male coworker recommended her services after he heard me complain about the cozy sweaters above my eyes. She was working on his ears.) I started with eyebrows and other less desirable facial hair and moved to other parts of the body. She has such a good attitude and personality for what can be an awkward procedure. (Can you zap hair, um, here?) My experience is always great (short session, long session, every week on a different part of the body). The office atmosphere is hygienic, clean and inviting. I haven't had to pluck my eyebrows in years. I don't have to shave or wax my lip or chin. And in a few more sessions, I'll have my armpits done, too.
