  • this is THE worst ac and heating co I have dealt with in 10 yrs of property mgmt. dispatched by home warranty for no heat and a month later we are still dealing with their incompetence, attitudes and lies. a long story to get into but amy (not sure if she is the owner or office manager) is the rudest most dismissive person I have ever dealt with. When you call their office they are unprofessional and rude. They sound like you are bothering them by calling. they promise to show up and don't and then each time they come find a different problem. they will not do anything in a timely manner but insist on doing things like picking up parts on their schedule. they are unapologetic about their mistakes and have zero customer service. stay far away from this company. we have filed a complaint against this vendor with every possible agency in az.
