  • fairfield inn phoenix n. checked in I have a disabiled back so asked for a handicap chair for shower.after being in room for 20 minutes realized it was a very bad fit for my disability.bathroom and bed would make it very difficult on me.so checked out. at front desk he asked why checking out told him difficulties I would have with my back.he asked for specifics and I told him.then he said quote "that's not good enough". said don't know if I will get refunded for the room.also he had no authority to do so. 2 weeks later I got a full refund but to have somebody tell me what he told me was horrible.the hotel was not a typical marriott property.cheap furnishings,older and scetchy location.
