  • I've taken my children here a few times now and we continue to come back because my kids really enjoy this place. I travel all the way from North Vegas to come here. This last visit was a terrible experience and they most likely have lost me as a customer. I purchased 2 Groupons for 1 hour unlimited for my sons. When we arrived we were told they were closing early for a private event. Ok fine, so my kids wanted to do as much as they could before closing. My oldest son got harnessed for the skyscraper rope at 4:30. He waited in line until 4:55 when he got to go across finally. He made it across the first line and they told him it was closed and to go back. You got to be kidding me!! Who runs business like that and lets a child be super disappointed?!? I don't care if you were closing! You should of never let kids in line if you weren't going to allow them to go through. Also my 3 year old got a pretty nasty cut somewhere in the soft city jungle gym. We were given a bandaid and they just asked where it happened. You would think they would close that room down and try to find the source knowing there was something not safe in there.
