  • I'm splitting this in two: one star for sales: bought a 2017 F150 last year, not much of a deal. yes, it was my fault for staying, but i was assured I'd get good service from a friend who bought there. - when I asked about sticker price and dealer add-ons, it was "oh, the incentives this month take care of that..." uh..no. Deal with the sticker first, dealer add-ons next, and then don't talk incentives until you agree on a price. - 0% for 72 months. apparently a 760 wasn't good enough. - follow-up service. Hold your nose. I drove back 12 hours later to get the run down on the truck and how to use the bells and whistles, but the salesman handed me off to "Joe doesn't give a fuck" and his partner. IF there WAS a NV cool-off period for new vehicles (there isn't), I would have walked home and left the deal there. three stars for service. CD player and radio didn't work, so I got into service about two weeks after purchase. Got a courtesy car, and it was nice to have it to run errands. I kept having to go back over an 8 month period to keep my tire pressure above 35psi. They kept losing air. So I kept bringing it up and in. The next time, was for the first service - made an appointment, they had a service car drop me off, and it came back with a fresh wash and service. So far so good for the service department. Advice: don't go alone: go with a cheap bastard who will make you leave after two hours. if the deal is good, you'll go back, right?
