  • This office is terrible, the customer service is horrible. The staff is so rude and you can never get a live person when you have a concern. I was out of my medication for 2 weeks and i even called a week before it ran out. My pharmacy called and faxed several times with no response, untiI I had to physically walk in. The phone system says that they have a pharmacy line but when you transfer it tells you not to leave medication refills. Dr. Reddy always runs behind and her assistant marie is rude. I've never been to a Dr and felt so disconnected. I tried to change Drs with in the practice and they told me no, now I have to find a new specialist which is far and few between. Take my advice, don't even bother going to this place it will be a waste of your time cause they don't care about their patients, only the money. If you ask me the entire practice needs to attend ettiquette school.
