  • We bought a brand new RX350 today from this dealership. We were here from 11am to 6:30pm. You did not read that wrong. Please expect to spend some hours here- and by that I mean....all day. The service was good in terms of everyone here was very friendly ( bc they are trying to sell you a car ) but they did not tell us it was going to be such a long time. We put our deposit down at 2pm. Apparently they don't have an experienced financing manager- which the Vice President of the dealership told me himself. She even tried to make us sign paperwork that we did not need to sign- thankfully, we caught her. I also don't recommend trading in a car here because they severely undercut you from the fair trade value. We were kept here until past the dealership close time. All in all, Lexus IS a great car but come prepared and alert. Also- beware of what your service agreements say because we bought the extra package that covered tires, dents, windshield, but the blonde financing manager printed out the wrong package details. She had to throw away two copies before she finally got it right.
