  • At a first glance and call my experience with Credit clinic was extremely friendly and thorough. I felt I had finally found a company that knew what they were doing. I was told this was a month to month and you pay each month upfront. $150 a month then after 3rd month the price would drop down to $125. then by the 6th-9th month everything should be achieved and I could still do a month to month or stop using them. Sounded pretty good. But I wanted to be able to see or know what each months progress was. Daron said "We keep you posted on that stuff" The downfall of The Credit Clinic- By my second month I asked for an update since I really had no way of tracking or seeing what I was paying for. I was told "It was too early to know or see anything". I was a little concerned but understood. I was just into my second month and had to stop using them due to needing to File BK. Immediately the tone, treatment and professionalism, went down the drain with Daron. I asked them to not bill me until after a specific time, but yet they did, Twice!! I asked for them to refund the money and to stop doing any work on my account until after my attorney meeting just a few weeks out. They told me: "They didn't know I wanted to stop the work and that they don't work for free. Its annoying having to work for free not to mention having to go and refund a payment!" WOW REALLY! sure as a business owner we may think this at times but you never ever tell a client in a hardship that they are an inconvenience nor that its annoying.. How unprofessional and rude is that. Daron was notified well in advance, his team had received 3 emails from me weeks prior, but yet its inconvenient and annoying!! What CEO tells a client this? Then a few weeks later I receive a what seemed like carring text asking me how things were going and informing me that they are still doing work and want payment for the said work they are still doing. Seriously!! Why would they still be doing work when I informed them to stop months ago. Then I get an email saying They haven't head from me after several attempts and are sending me to collections. The emails came just after Daron and I spent 20 minutes texting. Seriously what type of Bull crap is this! Daron the CEO mind you, text me several times since my email, but yet they haven't heard from me???? I have never in my professional career as a business owner, experienced another business owner being so rude, unprofessional and not caring when a client needed assistance. Moral of the story- So as long as you stay with them for 6 months, don't ask for updates, and don't question what they are doing, don't need to stop services in between, then you are a good customer. Otherwise you get treated like a piece of dirt. So I shouldn't have know better because on the first call with Daron he told me "that if they think a client maybe a problem they wont take them on. and that people can talk about his company badly but its normally a clients fault for not following the process." Its sad to have to write something about the company when really the bad seed is Daron. As the CEO he is the face of the company and he is not helping them at all. I will no longer nor ever refer anyone to this company and i will ensure that i tell people to stay clear of it and go elsewhere
