Commuters avoid! I. Am a freaking addict of Starbucks and must have a coffee to endure the GO train, so willing to wait it out most days but today makes 3 in the last 5 trips that I had to leave. It's not due to volume, there's just something wrong with their process, it takes way too long to serve each customer. With but 1 person in front of me, the person whose drink was being made, I timed it as 8 minutes in line before I left. So who knows how much longer to finish their order. It was 1 fancy drink but still...that's not normal relative to other starbucks.
Get a 2nd person on cash people...your location is losing customers, and it's not just me walking out. The grumbling in line yesterday before the 8:22 am is consistent with what I'm saying here. I'm only there for a drip coffee surely those can be quick orders.
