  • I've been a Massage Envy member for a few months now, but strongly prefer the Gilbert Gateway location. The ladies at the front desk are extremely patient and helpful with answering your questions and concerns. The therapist I see there is Steven. He was wonderful. Very laid back and soft spoken personality, but strong as an ox and does a wonderful job at educating you about your problem areas and recommending stretches and other preventative care that can be done at home. I do write Steven's review with a heavy heart, as he will be leaving AZ soon. With that said, I have confidence that Steven and the ladies at the front desk will direct me to the next therapist that will fit my needs/ treatment plans. By the way, if you have unexpected pain or tension, don't hesitate to give them a call. They are very flexible and will do the best they can to get you scheduled for an appointment. I highly recommend this Massage Envy location :)
