rev:text	These guys were great. Lots of communication. Small window for arrival, avoiding lots of waiting around and wondering when they're coming. Called when they were on their way with GPS predictions of arrival. Allowed me to finish an errand and get back with minutes to spare. I did NOTHING to prepare for them. We did have the house cleaned 2 days before, but I didn't move furniture or prepare for their visit in any way. They showed up ready to go, immediately went to work. Explained everything they were going to do, asked questions and set expectations clearly. They moved furniture and prepped the rooms themselves. THey even brought their own vacuum. They exceeded the expectation limits they set on light pet stains and soiled areas. Any deodorizers / treatments came with this purchase, though I did not opt for Stain guard as my carpet already had it built in. 2 rooms, a stairway and a long hallway were extremely clean after they left, and the place smelled great. They reminded me not to move furniture off styrofoam blocks they left it on until next day. They were gracious and very confident and clear about what they were doing. Because of some Pet Stain cleaning solution, there were a few white streaks of the solution left on the edges of the room that borders my entryway with wood floors. It wasn't visible when they left, and it easily wiped up the next day. No damage to wood floors at all, but a slight surprise in the morning when I moved an entry way rug to Mop the wood clean for a family event we were prepping for in the first place.... Great experience overall. Really great company!
