  • Customer service is non-existent here. They are more concerned about laughing and joking with each other and they are serving the customers. I ordered a large twist cone the other day and when she gave it to me it was definitely no more than a medium. When she handed it to me I looked up and asked - are you sure this is a large? She didn't even bother looking at what she handed me she just said yes and walked away.
