Went there with a quick question and was LIED to. Verizon is our carrier but we normally shop for mobile at Best Buy. Associate took notice of this and became a little snotty and then told me that I was overcharged by hundreds of dollars by Best Buy. His manager verified his comments and said he could fix our billing. I called verizon to verify this and they couldn't confirm anything told me. THIS IS WHY I SHOP BEST BUY!
