  • Mediterranean Café is a great place to go for a great lunch at a good price. The chicken shawarma plate is a nice combination of tender chicken, hummus, pita bread, and a salad with nice greens and feta cheese. In addition to being great food, it's fast! To accompany the meal, I always get the hot, Algerian tea. It is a sweetened, mint tea that is beyond description. It makes me want to visit Algeria just for the tea! The owner of Mediterranean Café is from Algeria, so the food is authentic. The decor and music add to the whole Mediterranean experience. If you are looking for a good lunch that is out of the ordinary and won't break the bank, Mediterranean Café is the place to go.
