  • While some of the staff with whom I interacted were incredibly professional (Jason and Angelica), the movers and the evening staff were not. I was given the 12 to 2 p.m. slot. No one showed; no one called. I called. I was promised that they would be there soon. Next time I called, I was told that the foreman would call. He didn't call until 4:30 and then he said that they would be there between 5:30 and 6:30. At 6:30 I called the foreman and learned that they still hadn't even left for my house. I canceled the move at that point. I called the office one more time to be told that I "had to understand the situation." What I understand is that I received incredibly poor treatment and I recommend that any future customers consider other companies first.
