  • Thank goodness. I guess they have heard the complaints (suggestions). The ahi tuna club is back!!!! Stopped in for lunch today. Was quite happy to see that the ahi tuna club is back on the menu. Not sure if it was by accident but there were 2 onion rings on it today. It is what I would consider a classic go to at Joey's. As usual it was tasty. I substituted the fries for the mushroom soup. Although the flavour was good, it was a pity there was only 1 big piece of mushroom (makes it hard to share). My wife had the hawaiian tuna taco, seems the same as the old ahi tuna tacos. It would not be enough to make a meal as it is 3 small tacos. We paired it with a Caesar salad starter, this is very flat (wish I took a picture). It definitely felt and looked like those free salads u get at a cheap eats place. It does not look like it belongs on the menu. It was really disappointing. Oh and as a final note, for those who loved the lobster grilled cheese, that is now off the menu. Probably with enough complaining they will bring that back too. Not sure why they keep taking away all my go toos.
