  • Worse experience ever! I came in to have my AC serviced. When I got there they hit me with an estimate over $3000 of repairs. I took my vehicle to a local competitor. They did their inspection and discovered that things Big O told me needed replaced didn't. Here is where it gets worse. The next day after I left their shop, one of the guys calls me and asks me if I would sell him my vehicle, for 1/3 of what its worth. He then said; you know it does need all the repairs we lined out in the estimate yesterday. I couldn't believe my ears. I will never go to that store again. This place is bad! They are the epitome of the things we are always warned against. Predatory mechanics!! Beware!
