  • I have used her several times for a variety of things. Her prices are very high and the last couple times I have been really unsatisfied. I got a dress back hemmed that is very uneven and I had to take it to someone else to get it fixed. Susan is very defensive and doesn't think she can make a mistake. Not very customer service oriented if there is an issue. She also was extremely rude to my children who simply stood by the door while I was trying something on. I won't be returning. Update: A little irritated after seeing her response. Seems like your trying to look good but truth is... no contact was made and no refund was offered. The "big" 12x14 bedroom she refers to is actually full of a queen size bed. The actual area is 4x5 to try something on. Not that it's a big deal but let's be honest. Truth be told... Susan is just a bit rude. You will see. Take my advice and call Marcia at Sew Creative you will be so happy!
