  • Don't go to these guys. They are liars, VERY unorganized, and have no idea what they are doing. I took my laptop in a while back to get my screen replaced due to it being cracked and they were right down the street from where I lived. The price they offered me to replace the screen was fair and the tech said it would take him a few days to repair and that he would call me back when it was fixed. A week went by, so I decided to show up and see why they didn't call and the tech said that the screen he ordered wasn't in yet. Another few days went by, I called, still no screen. Then I get a call saying they have to reorder the screen, because the one they received wasn't working. So I waited another whole week and they didn't get the second screen. They had my laptop a month and a half and I started getting suspicious. So I went in to see what their deal was and asked to see my laptop. When he brought my laptop out it was in pieces, screws wrapped up in tape, and he claimed he couldn't find my broken screen. I took my laptop someplace else and they said my illuminator for my screen was missing. So save the hassle and go to real professionals. These guys are terrible.
