| - This lady lacks professionalism! I had verified her through the IRS enrolled agents website so I thought I was going to someone who knew what they were doing. Unfortunately, she does not know how to speak to people with respect.
All communication seemed fine and dandy and the appointment was made to meet her. Once we arrived at her gate in her condo, she said call me at the gate and give me directions. So we call her at her gate and then the gate does not open, nor does she give us directions so we are just sitting there and waiting. Then a gentleman behind us opens the gate, Andra had not communicated where her building was. Then I texted her "how do you get to your place?"
She then called me and I put on speaker phone so I can navigate to where we needed to be and she said "Hahaha, that's why I told you to call me from the gate."
I don't know about anyone else, but if I'm calling from the gate either you tell me the directions there or you call me on my phone, she didn't either.
Anyway, I ask her "OK do you want me to head east or west?"
Then, as if this were a sitcom in the kid 70's, in an arrogant way, she says "sweetheart, you're not gonna get to my building asking me these questions!"
My jaw dropped. Firstly, no one called me "sweetheart," unless they're my super sexist or demented patients.
Another thing, the way she spoke was really unprofessional, if you want to act like that and still have clients I guess it's OK with a lot of people, but me and my husband were looking at each other and we told her never mind.
**I see she responded on the bottom, but not denying her condescending behavior and calling me "sweetheart."
Some advice my dear Andra- don't speak to your clients like you're working in a low class diner.
