For the last two years I had been a faithful and basically happy customer with the exception of the Man that works there that appears to be a Manager. He is so rude and so unaccommodating. In the time that I've been a customer there I actually moved approximately 8 miles further away from the salon but I kept going because I really liked my technician there. But after A second conversation with him where he rudely told me that they were too busy and I needed to come back later, they had appointments scheduled, I am done. (I was the 1st customer of the day and NO ONE ELSE WAS THERE) This is no reflection on my wonderful technician- I will miss her greatly.
Rude to me once I'll get over it- we all have a bad day...Rude to me again, shame on you- you chose this profession and it's ALL about customer service. You can tell a customer something they don't necessarily want to hear without being mean and nasty and you will keep their business.
I guess he doesn't like my money or my business.
Lastly- I have given this business glowing Yelp reviews for years.
