rev:text	Do not live here!!!!!! This apartment is garbage. I cant stress enough how AWFUL this place is.The ONLY reason I give it one star is because it is spacious. Want to shower??? Hot water??? Blvd 1900 doesn't even know what that is!! I am not over exaggerating when I say that my hot water is turned off once a week. What am I even paying rent for???? Every time you talk to them about it they say that they do not know the issue and "can not give you a definitive answer of when it will be turned back on". They seriously act like hot water isn't an issue AT ALL!! They just say sorry and do nothing! Its quite annoying having to wash your hair in the sink EVERY. WEEK. because hot water is just a minor inconvenience to them. Its Russian Roulette with this complex. The "amenities" I have been paying all year for have been under renovation with no use (you would think it would be made of gold with how long it has taken them). The internet? Don't count on that either. Spotty & untrustworthy. The complex is noisy 24/7, along with garbage men going through the hallways at odd hours of the night. They have rules for when you can put out your trash as well. On top of all of this, you get the worst maintenance people. They hire pretty much anyone who applies it seems. They don't know what they are doing, and have 0 respect for you. I truly DESPISE living here. Every day it gets worse. I honestly DO NOT KNOW what I am paying for each month???!!!!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!
