  • I had my sons 9th birthday party here. I only give 3 stars cause the 21 kids that showed up had an amazing time. However it was twice as much as I would normally pay for a party, our party instructor come to find out had no idea how to handle 21 kids at the age of 9 and were yelling and rude to them, my parents were disappointed at the way our instructor treated them as well, and it was not well organized at all. Now being in the customer service industry both my husband and myself I would of done things a little differently as far as the party went, but my son and his friends couldn't of had a better time and that's what matters!!! However I doubt any of the parents would bring their kids back after the way they were treated. I also bought a picture package so I could actually be apart of the party instead of behind the camera, it's been almost a month and I'm still waiting for the pictures. I will say this I would bring my son back for open gym or a class but as for a party it wasn't worth the money.
