  • I was very disappointed with their service attempting to find a home. My friend and I found a house through Colony and sent an application through. We were denied even though both of us have perfect rental history. My credit is a little off, but not horrible. Their counter offer was over $3000 for a deposit. Couldn't believe it and both of us are Veterans and he is a disabled Veteran. Thanks for nothing. I also notice a trend in the reviews with terrible service towards Military Members. Coincidence?
