I took my first class yesterday of cardio barre ever! I'm a dancer, and I was skeptical of a dance style class really being able to challenge me and be enjoyable. WELL, I was in for a surprise! It was challenging, strengthening, fun and MORE. Everyone at cardio barre is so welcoming! Lisa is AWESOME! What surprised me the most is that I would be next to a woman at the barre who's a stay at home mom with kids and she was capable of doing the same things I was and she was loving it too! This class is really for everyone! The energy in the studio is so positive, we're all just working to get the most out of every class and being the best we can be that day. You leave feeling lengthened and learner, you feel strong and flexible. And you leave knowing you bettered yourself that day. Such a positive way of doing your body good! I recommend this class to EVERYONE! What have you got to loose?! (Well, a lot of sweat for sure ;)
