  • Today there was something on the chalkboard called "Banh-mi Fries" which should have been called "Saigon Poutin" or "Vietnamese Inspired Poutin" because that's what it was, and oh, so good; fries with crispy onions, peppers, cilantro, pulled pork, smoked mozzarella. This is a meal in itself. The flavor combo was great. A hit of nouc mam would push this over the edge in a good way. I hope this becomes a regular featured item (in fact, it would be awesome to see more riffs on poutins).
