I would not use them again. I moved from AZ to TX. The movers in AZ were nice and seemed to do a good job. The people who arrived in Texas were less than nice. there was one very nice guy, the driver and another guy were total jerks. Once they arrived, they said they couldn't unload, they would have to call another truck to load it onto and then unload from that. I don't consider myself a person to mess with so once I told them how it was going to be, they started to get it done. I'm not sure if it was just a ploy to get more money, but it did not work. I have never had more broken furniture in a move, ever... I have a lot of antiques which should be handled with care. I understand damage is going to happen, but it seemed excessive to me. I also had no follow up after the move. They probably knew better.
