  • I thought I had found the best place for my nails, but it always feels rushed (got to get that next customer). Last time I went, I requested a fill in. However, that very same night, one of my nails fell completely off! The very next day I called and asked how much the charge was to fix my nail Tony said "no charge" I went in, I was immediately asked (By Sandy/Jenny) what I wanted, what color, and to wait, because it was going to take time. When I sat, Sandy/Jenny said "It will be $15." I said "No, your husband told me that it was free of charge". They began arguing, bantering in Vietnamese back and forth. Jenny then redid that one nail and while it was setting she began crushing pills with a spoon, right in front of me, while ignoring me. Then, she explained that she forgot to take her pills that morning. Once she finished, she got up, and left. Angry and just dry. I'm disappointed and won't go back.
