  • A little while back, we noticed that our furnace was not kicking on, and the temperature in the house was dropping quickly, as it was below zero outside. Yay Wisconsin! We called a couple of places around and they told us we were out of luck for a few days, but Bethke's dispatch team was really accommodating and had a tech, Mike, at our house within less than two hours. Mike was extremely knowledgeable about the issue at hand and was able to fix it quickly. He also explained to me everything that he did, and I feel confident that I could do it myself now if it came down to it. He also gave me some helpful reminders about maintenance. I thought we were going to pay an arm and a leg, but the bill was the best part. Incredibly reasonable prices for lightning fast and thorough service. I would call these guys again in a heartbeat, and I think you should too.
