  • New to Las Vegas, I scheduled an appointment with the office. The staff could not have been more pleasant, either in the initial scheduling process or during my now three visits. At my initial visit, Erika Kimble did a full body exam (history of melanoma), found a couple of basal cell carcinoma spots. She referred me to Dr. Fife for Moh's surgery on my ear; he is an amazing doctor who gave me a beautiful outcome. Here's the thing: the office is busy. I did feel a bit rushed and Erika did exhibit a bit of impatience when I had other questions. BUT, she did answer them and stay until I was satisfied. Her referral was a godsend. John Notabartolo is entertaining; makes the needles, burning and visits more palatable. I continue to return, because I feel my care has been excellent - and that's the bottom line. Here's the "rule" my MD dad taught me long ago: If you wait more than 20 minutes without there being an emergency, get up and leave. Your time is as valuable as anyone else.
