  • Food quality and portions are good. I found the rare beef noodles ($8.45 medium size) was not oily, the beef is pretty lean. The spring rolls ($9 for 4) were delicious, not greasy. The only downside is I find that pho metro is a bit pricier than other pho plazas. If I had other alternative choices for pho, I'd go to somewhere that's less expensive.
