  • Great food. Best cheese crisp in Phoenix. They ask if you want it crispy or soft -- no other restaurant I know of asks. Best chile relleno I've had in Phoenix -- chile relleno is kind of my thing. Manuel's is battered in straight egg instead of with flour. Not greasy at all, like the floured ones I've had at lesser restaurants. This one is delish. Tasty chips and salsa. Generous refills on chips, salsa and drinks. Very friendly service no matter when we go. Best Mexican around. Just go.
