  • If I could I'd give aa a NEGATIVE 5 stars. Worst experience ever. I had a flight out of Charlotte to Long Beach connecting at Phoenix. The flight took off 1-HR late due to no pilot and then landed late in Phoenix. Even though I made it 1 minute before doors were to be closed - they wouldn't let me in!!!!!! I got to stand and watch them pull the bridge away from the flight I was to be on!!!! What the F!!! All I got was from AA was a sorry. Save yourself the horrific service, stress and over priced tickets for outdated crappy planes and choose any other airline but AA. You'll thank me later
