This company sets a new low for customer service and cares less!! I have tried for 3 consecutive months to get a bill for one of my store locations on direct pay via credit card or from checking account.. I have yet to speak to anyone .. As I write this review I have been on hold for 48 minutes. They have not even sent a bill to me .. I am sure they are showing me past due and I can't even get in touch with anyone to cancel the service or pay any amount outstanding.. Unbelievable.
