This was my first time buying a car that I needed to finance. After being told by Toyota that they could not meet my limited budget needs (even though I have decent credit) I had almost given up hope.
But then I got a call from Paolo and he was very optimistic and said that he would take care of it. And he did. I was able to get a '08 Kia with only 40,000 miles within the payment I was looking for and a great interest rate for a 1st time car loan. They took my old '94 pickup truck as part of my down payment and gave me over the blue book value which surprised me. The finance department was also great, and answered all of my questions.
I felt like I could have been taken advantage of very easily in this situation since it was my first time, but Nick Mayer and Paolo made sure it was a great experience and I felt very safe buying a car there. Before I went in I did read the previous reviews, so fingers crossed. If it goes sour I'll be sure to update.
Well...update 1 year later. They sold me the warranty. I kind of wish I hadn't gotten it. But I can't say they really pressured me either. Still think this was a fair experience.
