  • We went in because we are looking to buy carpet for some rooms in are home. I am a shopper and want to make a good choice when it comes to something that is supposed to last for several years. The gentleman that helped us in the store was knowledgeable and extremely nice. He had Tom the owner come out to measure the rooms. Our appointment was scheduled for a certain time he called at the time of appointment and said that he would be there is 20 minutes he was about 30-35 minutes late overall. When we said we were shopping around because we do have time he became rude and asked for his carpet samples back! Just because he could not even come close to a more reputable company that is smaller also. Even if they were cheaper the way he acted I would not do business with them.
