The Story: My wife called me at 6:15pm saying that after she put gas in her car, it wouldn't start. I figured it was the battery and knew it was under warranty with Pep Boys.
I called GENE with Pep Boys and he was awesome! He verified that it was under warranty and worked with my wife as they were closing at 7:30PM.
They waited for the car to be towed (which was a little after 7:30) and kept a garage bay open for her. We knew they would have to work on it in the morning so they kept secure inside the bay.
My wife shared that GENE went over and above in customer service and she was very grateful.
Then next morning, GENE and other staff changed out the battery and had us out in no time at all!
Thank you GENE and Pep Boys! This is why I have bought my batteries here for years. Customer service is outstanding!
