  • Horrible!!!! Made an appointment and it took over an HOUR!!! Waiting waiting was filthy. Staff were rude and unfriendly. The phlebotomist was also rude -- when I was surprised that they didn't take cash, she looked at me like I was crazy. Took her FOREVER to input all of my daughter's info, as if she had never used a computer. When I told her my daughter was nervous and afraid of needles her response was, "Well, she should be...it's an invasive procedure." THANKS, lady!
