  • I must say that this is my favored Indigo Location; A few reasons; well laid out, knowledgeable and helpful staff. My fave staff member is Ganga, on the 2nd floor. She knows her stuff and has recommended some good reads to me which I truly appreciated. For a chain book store, that really says something.. Keep up the good work folks! and now, for something completely different............... Attn: CEO Heather Reisman, hope you are reading this, cos I wish Yorkdale could get it's act together..yes, really! Why? Well, it's actually more convenient for me to go there, however...the staff is mostly indifferent (not all, but several) and sometimes finding stuff is a bit of a challenge. Just a thought from a regular customer! :)
