  • My wife has been trying to get her endoscopy procedure scheduled. I called them since my wife has been trying and being put in circles to be scheduled. My wife has health issues that is very concerning. But due to lack of empathy and customer service. Starting from the lady that answers the phone (Vanessa) the scheduler Alex and their manager Tanyas poor management handling and taking care of pts needs. They refuse to let us talk to the dr or even leave a message. They even told me that if I am unhappy about their staff to go find another dr. This people like to put you in circles and rude about it when patients are in distress trying to get help. I don't even know why they work in such a field, they cannot perform their duties taking care of people that are having health issues but instead not caring whatsoever just to get people off the phone they will tell you they will call back and they don't. Clearly this staff here could care less what people are going thru. How hard is it to put a little care and do what you can to help others. If I can give this place a -5 I would.
