  • Tech was very nice. I called Hoffman because my mom is elderly and i wanted to make sure her AC unit was going to work all summer long since it had not been looked at in a while. the person that came out was very nice to my mom and went over the entire system and found a motor that was leaking oil and recommended replacing it. The tech replaced it in an hour and my moms AC has worked great since then.
