  • I have taken my cars to Jack's since 2000, and I have owned a few: Volvo, Chevrolet S10, Honda Civic Hatch, Chevrolet 1500 Full Size, and a Mazda 3 Hatch. This shop came highly recommended, and I can say I see why it did. I first worked with Mark, but the shop's owner, Ken, is awesome to work with. They've always taken care of my vehicles and have not drained my wallet. All their work carries warranties, and I had to take my Volvo back in after a trip to Mexico. They adjusted my car's alignment w/o charging me anything. Doing business the old-fashioned way is what they're about, and I cannot say enough about how nice these folks are to their customers. * UPDATE - on my sixth car being aligned at Jack's and they are still the best alignment shop I have ever used. I have used them since 2000, so that's 18 years of consistently excellent service. Worth the time to drop by if you need an alignment!
