  • I get manicures and pedicures fairly often. I tried this place since it's literally just up the street from my house. It's nice enough inside and they were really busy, so I'm guessing they are doing something right, but they completely butchered my toes during my pedicure. My pedicure was far from relaxing. I've never been more uneasy while getting one. Normally I smile and laugh because my feet are extremely ticklish, but for this one all I could do was clench my teeth shut. To top things off when she cut the corners of each of my big toes she must have done something wrong because it's been over 3 weeks and they are excruciating. I can barely touch them. I have never in my life had any issue with my nails or feet and now I'm having nothing but trouble. I really wanted to like this place, but I will never go there or recommend it to someone. Extremely disappointed and tired of my toes being in pain. Update: the side that bled when she improperly trimmed it ended up having a severe ingrown nail and now I get to go to the doctors to have them remove it and kill that section of my nail. Everyone was nice enough there, but it was not worth all the pain and frustration it caused. I regret going there so much.
